Position Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a driven, tech-savvy, high-energy Recruiter / Team Leader (R/TL) to lead the charge in our rapidly expanding Black Hills, South Dakota region. This role is for someone who dreams big, executes even bigger, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, shake up the status quo, and chase down greatness. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Recruiting top talent like your career depends on it—because it does.
  • Partnering with leadership to open new markets and offices across the Black Hills.
  • Coaching, leading, and holding agents and staff to elite-level performance.
  • Owning the financial performance of your office, using data to drive profitability.
  • Creating a culture of accountability, celebration, and continuous learning.
  • Acting as a consultant to top producers—guiding their business growth like a trusted advisor.
  • Championing our people-first, legacy-driven culture every single day.

  • Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire top-performing teams.
  • Leadership experience with measurable growth results (real estate a bonus, not required).
  • Strong executive presence—confident, persuasive, and motivating.
